Return & Refund Policy

At Patioslife UK, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair returns and refund process in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and other relevant UK consumer protection laws.

This policy applies to all purchases made directly via patioslife.uk or from authorized UK retailers.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@patioslife.uk.

  • If the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. However, you may still return the order under the conditions outlined below.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.


Returns

We accept returns within 45 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

⚠️ Please note: Do not send returns directly to the warehouse. All returns must be arranged through Patioslife UK.


Return Process

  1. Contact Us

    • Include: your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if defective or damaged).

  2. Review & Approval

    • Our team will assess eligibility and confirm whether your return is approved.

    • Returns must be pre-approved before sending items back.

  3. Return Label

    • For approved returns, we will provide a prepaid return label (Royal Mail, Evri/Hermes, or Yodel).

    • In voluntary (non-defective) returns, the label cost may be deducted from your refund.

  4. Shipping the Return

    • Affix the return label securely to the original packaging.

    • Drop the package at the designated courier drop-off point.

    • For items valued over £75, we recommend using a tracked and insured service.

  5. Inspection & Refund

    • Once received, the item will be inspected.

    • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

📦 Important: Free gifts, promotional items, or bundled extras are non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care or intimate-use items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Free promotional gifts

  • Clearance or final-sale items


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • Items are returned used, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • The return request is initiated after the 45-day window

Example: If your return label cost is £25 and the product total was £200, you will be refunded £175 in a non-defective voluntary return.


Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • In voluntary returns, prepaid return label costs may be deducted from your refund.

  • We do not apply any restocking fees.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Refunds typically take 7–10 business days after inspection.

  • We will email you a confirmation once your refund is processed.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your card issuer or payment provider (some processing times vary).

  3. If still unresolved, email us at support@patioslife.uk.


Sale & Clearance Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

  • Items sold as “final sale” or “clearance” are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for items that arrive defective or damaged.

  • Issues must be reported within 7–14 days of delivery.

  • Please email support@patioslife.uk with photos and details.

  • If approved, we will ship a replacement free of charge.


Gift Returns

  • If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may be eligible for store credit.

  • If the gift was sent to the purchaser first, refunds will be issued back to the original purchaser.
