The structure is engineered for winds up to ~80 km/h under standard installation. When permanently anchored with concrete footings, it can handle ~95 km/h+. For safety, keep posts fully secured, tie back curtains in gusts, and close/remove accessories during severe storms. (Real-world conditions vary—always prioritise safety.)

Yes. The galvanised steel double-vented roof is fully weather-resistant. Integrated drainage channels help direct rainwater away to minimise pooling. During prolonged downpours, brush off excess water and keep gutters/drain paths clear.

Package includes the powder-coated aluminium frame, galvanised steel roof panels, double-track system, curtains & netting, ceiling hook, hardware, and anchors. With 2–5 people, allow a few hours for assembly. A level, load-bearing surface is required; professional installation is recommended for best results.

Use mild soap + water on frame and panels; avoid harsh chemicals and pressure washers. After storms, inspect and re-tighten fasteners, clear leaves from drainage, and lubricate zippers/tracks with silicone. Store curtains/netting dry during winter to prolong life.

We provide a limited warranty: 5 years on the hardtop roof, 2 years on curtains & netting, and 1 year on the frame against manufacturing defects. Replacement parts and after-sales support are available—just contact our customer care team.

For larger or multi-item orders, such as parasols , bases, or furniture sets, we may ship items in separate packages based on size and weight. It’s normal for packages to arrive on different days. Please refer to your tracking details, as each package has its own tracking number. If you have any concerns, our support team is happy to assist.

To cancel a paid order, you will need to email us before the order is shipped. Please note that generally we're not able to stop its transit after it is shipped out. Shipping fees are not refunded after the parcels are shipped out, and returns are based on preference.
